In an ever demanding profession Architon and its staff must ensure that its quality of design and service is both consistent and matches that which our clients expect and deserve.
In order to achieve this aim, Architon operates a system of procedures covering both the management of the Practice and the management of projects - these are called System Procedures and Operational Procedures respectively. The regular auditing of these Procedures and our projects will ensure that consistency of approach is achieved and maintained.
It is of paramount importance that all staff fully understand both the purpose of these procedures as well as the specifics of each Procedure to enable Architon to provide a quality service to our clients.
Every member of our staff has access to a Quality Manual which encompasses all relevant procedures and work instructions. The relevance of the procedures may vary dependent upon the individual's area of responsibility within the Practice. It is also likely that the number of Operational Procedures may vary dependent upon the scope of the specific project being undertaken. In all cases the Initial Project Briefing will identify those that are relevant.
The Company is committed to Quality Assurance and welcomes feedback from any member of staff as to the workability of any procedure. The Quality Manual forms part of every member of staff's Contract of Employment and assessments are made at regular personal development updates."

"Architon uses the current versions of AutoCAD for the production off all drawing information. These are supported by Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which are used for graphics and desk top publishing illustrations.
The practices policy is to keep up to date with current CAD and computer technology with regular reviews of both the systems and software whilst always looking forward to new software and media ensuring that projects and efficiently and effectively carried out.
Architon is proud that the practice welcomes cutting edge of technology, and can boast that from early 1990’s all architectural staff had their own work station with AutoCAD. This is still the case today with all staff being fully conversant with this software making for efficiently run projects and workloads.
We have the software and capabilities of providing from basic 3D design models up to photorealistic images and videos using Auto CAD and 3D Studio MAX. We have used this tool to assist clients with obtaining funding, planning applications and staff relocations.
