KU STEM Teaching Facilities

The project included the creation of new chemistry and pharmacology laboratories with adjacent support spaces and a STEM teaching suite comprising of a multipurpose teaching area and general teaching space.

All areas had highly sophisticated and innovative IT / AV provision to set a new standard within the university. Supported by new external plant facility; fully screened.

Works involved significant reconfiguration and refurbishment of a number of areas across multiple floors within an occupied and operational site; the Penrhyn Road Campus.

Constrained by financial and academic deadlines this project was successfully delivered over a number of phases, within a tight programme.
