A pioneering commercial stage Biotechnology company appointed Architon in 2022 to carry out a review of their facility in Oxfordshire.  This review included a wish list from key Stakeholders for a GMP suite, additional supporting laboratories and supporting spaces, café suitably sized for ‘town hall’, a purpose built board room, additional open plan office space with meeting pods, external seating area for the restaurant as well as life cycle replacement works and review of the fire compartmentation of the facility.

We have just completed RIBA Stage 2 and are awaiting client sign off to proceed to the next stage, expected Q2 of 2024.
